STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! We scheduled a move with this company and the day of the move they cancelled. We called the main number to confirm the day before and all seemed fine. On move day I spoke to James who claimed to be the sole scheduler. He outright lied saying he called me multiple times the day before to confirm. Not true.! He contradicted himself with his excuses and was the epitome of an unprofessional and crude salesman. If you are interested in scrambling to find another moving service the morning of your move after All My Sons cancels your move the day of, then by all means, book them. When I called another moving service (Superior Moving) frantic that my move was cancelled same day, they were not only accommodating and came to help me, but also reported that All My Sons always cancels on people. You have a terrible business model.

If I could give them negative stars I would.... my Parents reserved them for a big move four weeks ago and an hour into move in day when they were not there my dad call to inquire about Their ETA and they ignored the call and then gaslite him causing my 60 YO father with a heart condition to rent a Uhual 12 hours before settlement Out a 4 four bedroom home. Save your time, energy and money go somewhere else!

I booked this company 6 weeks out for my move. 3 days before they called to cancel. I received 2 different stories about why they were canceling. I was extremely lucky to find another company or this could've cost me hundreds of dollars. I feel they should've just been able to rent a truck if theirs all needed maintenance to get the job done, (That is the excuse one guy gave me that their trucks were all needing repair) or helped me find another company. They said they would email me a list but never did.

I paid a deposit for movers with this company in advance and received a confirmation that movers would arrive between 11 and 4. I was told I would receive confirmation of my move and receive a time frame one week in advance. I had to call and was still not provided with a time, a few days before the move. Two days beforehand I was given my time frame and was told 12-3 was a more realistic time frame but to be ready for 11-4. On the day of the move, I received no contact from the company at any time. We scheduled a move with this company, they gave us a 4-hour window but never showed up. When I called to see where they were they said they were TOO TIRED from a move they did earlier in the day and wouldn't be coming. They never even called to tell/warn us. So everything in my house is packed, my family is here thinking they were going to help me and I'm not sure what to do.

I scheduled a move with this company almost a month in advance. The company charged my credit card the deposit, which was required. Two days before the move date I received the confirmation call going over all final details and the timing of when the movers would show up. It was not until the morning of my move did I receive a call informing me they would have to cancel as they do not have the personnel to perform my move and to call around "to see if anyone else could perform a same day move". RIP OFF!! Quoted $387 for 2 hours & 2 men who couldn't handle 90 degree temps and couldn't do the job!! The driver quoted me a final price of 510.53 and then they took $700.00 out of my account. The driver said he talked with the manager, James, in the Fort Collins office and that James was going to discount back to us at least $100.00 because he had to take time to move the truck for others to get past it so many times and for the fact that he "hit a wall" climbing stairs and the heat and it took them almost 2 hours lon... read more

This place is the worst place I have ever dealt with !! They made my life a living hell ! They quoted me a price to move then 2 days before my move they doubled the price knowing I couldn't go elsewhere at that point it was too late to get movers so I had to get people to bring everything outside my house and take all my furniture apart needless to say their movers were in my house and they charged me $1400 totally outrageous and the customer service people were so so nasty on the phone they are only nice when they are tryi... read more
