Lied about price! Came with a attitude! Stayed on the phone talking the entire time! Loaded 5 items then said they couldn't do it and but they would haul 4 items to new location for $400.00! They unloaded it all leaving washer, dryer & dishwasher in the yard! Not a classy bunch here!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I should have known, the week when I actually booked this move with the company that I was going to have problems when I asked questions about the prices. I specifically even said that if it was going to cost me more than $300 that I would not book the services with this company. I even have an email that states there would be no flat fee, just an hourly rate charge and a 12% fee for gas and travel. Thus company is a joke they did not even bother to show up to move me. Had all my stuff packed and their excuse was they did not have a driver I guess the owners of this company don't want to work they just want to run a company but if you don't show up to do the job promised there will be no company. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

RIP OFF ALERT!!!! Do not use this moving company unless you want to be ripped off. We moved from a 3 bedroom ranch style house 1200 sf into another house very similar and were told to expect an average of 4 hours of moving time for our size home and one hour of "commute time" at $119 an hour. What they didn't mention is that they would wrap all of our furniture at $5 per roll. They (2 guys) showed up on time, but were glacially slow--theatrically and deliberately (they bill by the hour). They refused to lift anything, but rather insisted upon putting even lightweight furniture items (e.g. an Ikea plywood bookshelf) onto a dolly (taping takes a long time, too, apparently) and bumping each piece individually down the stairs. DON'T USE THEM!!!!! I seriously wish I had read the reviews before choosing this company for our big move!!!! The estimator that came over was so nice and thorough. He went from room to room telling me in detail what the movers would do. "The guys will wrap the furniture, wrap mirrors, everything will be padded, etc." NONE of that happened. One of the guys was so mean, that the other guy told us to not talk to him and if we hear him say anything, to just ignore him! We were warned! These guys moved us over 10 hours. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I was very specific is giving them a description of what I needed moved from our apartment to our home. They recommended three men and quoted me $497. They showed up with two men that moved at the pace of a turtle. My husband (who did not intend on having to help move) was doing laps around them. It takes 25 minutes max to get from the apartment to our home. They took over 45 minutes and all showed up with mcdonalds bags and drinks. Would not recommend the company. Furniture was damaged and broken. Worker stole medication. Was over charged and promised refund in which I had to follow through with over 3 weeks later. One year later still not settled claim for damages. Was told by one on the team the one mover had been accused of stealing already. Furniture was turned on side and slid across house without a mat on bare hardwood and then broke entire corner off and never said anything. Definitely would not recommend or use the company for anything.

Ok, so I needed to move fast from knoxville to Chattanooga. But doesn't explain taking advantage of me. I had boxes packed, they repacked some of them into their own, which of course I was charged for. Unnecessary. I had lots that needed them to pack in their boxes so redoing my work was just blatant bill inflation. Guys on truck were very personable at least.
