DON'T USE THEM!!!!! I seriously wish I had read the reviews before choosing this company for our big move!!!! The estimator that came over was so nice and thorough. He went from room to room telling me in detail what the movers would do. "The guys will wrap the furniture, wrap mirrors, everything will be padded, etc." NONE of that happened. One of the guys was so mean, that the other guy told us to not talk to him and if we hear him say anything, to just ignore him! We were warned! These guys moved us over 10 hours. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I was very specific is giving them a description of what I needed moved from our apartment to our home. They recommended three men and quoted me $497. They showed up with two men that moved at the pace of a turtle. My husband (who did not intend on having to help move) was doing laps around them. It takes 25 minutes max to get from the apartment to our home. They took over 45 minutes and all showed up with mcdonalds bags and drinks. Would not recommend the company. Furniture was damaged and broken. Worker stole medication. Was over charged and promised refund in which I had to follow through with over 3 weeks later. One year later still not settled claim for damages. Was told by one on the team the one mover had been accused of stealing already. Furniture was turned on side and slid across house without a mat on bare hardwood and then broke entire corner off and never said anything. Definitely would not recommend or use the company for anything.

Ok, so I needed to move fast from knoxville to Chattanooga. But doesn't explain taking advantage of me. I had boxes packed, they repacked some of them into their own, which of course I was charged for. Unnecessary. I had lots that needed them to pack in their boxes so redoing my work was just blatant bill inflation. Guys on truck were very personable at least. If you like your movers not to show up the day you are moving and not to deliver your belongings the day it is promised and needed, then go ahead and take your chance with this company. In addition, they broke several mirrors, dented the furniture and boxes and were totally unprofessional. It took over 50 phone calls to get the job done. They lied every time about everything.
