After having an estimator come to the house and look at everything, we were assured that it would all fit in one truck. Due to a complicated set of closings, we stressed the fact that we needed to be out by a certain time. We were assured a second time by someone in the office that it was no problem. The bottom line is that it did not fit into one truck, and no effort was made to rectify the situation. The only reason they get 1 Star is because I can't give 0. I had scheduled my move several weeks in advance and then on the day of the move I was called and told that they could no longer move me- again ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE. My wife and I had scheduled this well in advance and had made sure our work schedules were cleared since we only had a 48 hr window to move. All my sons really screwed us over and I will never use their services.

Out to Lunch..... Move was quoted as a 9 hour job, workers complaining the whole time , asking to leave for appt's etc , asking for my personal items (if I didn't want them ) Took them 12.5 hours to do half the job. I had to bring in family members to finish this he job as it was only half finished. I had a storage facility full of items to be moved that they never even touched .They do not know how to utilize space in a storage facility. I had a move scheduled for Sunday June 3rd. I waited until after noon then I called the office. Bobby Malavé Operations Manager answered the phone and said he had sent an email and called on Friday to let me know they wouldn't be able to do the Sunday pickup and he had refunded my money, should post back on card in 3-5 days. I was and am extremely disappointed in this company. Their lack of professionalism and out right lack of competency is laughable. This company was hired to move a very small amount of furniture and relocate it to another home. They sent out a female and a "new employee" first day on the job. My furniture was located up stairs, I didn't have much for them to move, but it was heavy, they were told this when I called to get a quote. I would not hire this company. We were charged $1,500 over our estimate. We also had to file a police report due to several pieces of missing jewelry.

I used them to move my stuff from one place to another one. The movers was not professional at all. They moved my furniture in a room and did damage to the stairs. I did want it in that room but instead of looking for ways to get it in they forced it in. Once the damage was done they ask to have a waiver signed for the damage that was already done. Wish I could give a negative number of stars. If you need to do a move please, please find a more capable, professional company. We moved our entire home a 4 hour drive, or at least we tried to. The movers refused to take a full load leaving with 2/3rds of a truck. They took bookcases but left the shelves, bed and left part of the bed frame. And this goes on and on. I used All My Sons before and they provided good service, but this move was a bad experience. The call center obviously overbooked, resulting in the move being delayed several times. Not once was I contacted about the delay - instead I had to call them multiple times to find out they were delayed. In the end I wasn't moved until the next day, which cost me an additional day of work.
