They showed up 90 minutes late and when they showed up, they were a man short. So, our price was 200.00 over the estimate. They were supposed to "wrap" our dressers and desks but that didn't happen; in fact, they dumped out two of my desk drawers. The two man crew left cigarette butts outside the door of the old apartment. One of our heavy plastic totes was smashed beyond use. All in all, not a real positive experience. We really regret this choice.

HORRIBLE service. They messed up my addresses twice and I had to spend 45 min on the phone with them TWICE just to tell them where to go. They didn't show up on time and called me the time that they were suppose to show up to tell me they would be 4-5 hours late. They were 6 hours late. This ruined my whole entire moving schedule. The owner was not pleasant at all to speak with on the phone and his employees didn't have much praise to give him. Let me start by saying that I've waited to write this review to give myself time to cool down. Our move "started" when we met with the estimator from All My Sons and walked through the house - we even told him his poundage was low & plussed up the weight. We talked about whether or not all of our stuff would fit on the truck, he assured us it would & if it didn't it would be his problem to get it down to us in Texas. Where to start with this awful service. First when I called to schedule the move I was quoted one price but when I tried to schedule for the next day that price was raised by $10 an hour, they did reduce it by $5 but still. There was $100 deposit which I was told was to cover the drive time to and from the job which I was OK with and understood, but does it really take an hour to drive to and from a job? I wish I would have done more research before hiring this company. First off, I was told that I would be dealing with one person during the whole moving process (other than the movers themselves) and ended up speaking to a different person every single time. I was quoted one price when I had called the day before I booked and the day before the move they raised the price by $5/hr and also stated they had a 12% gas fee that was never quoted to me before. I used them last year for an across town move. Literally, the worst moving experience I have ever had. I agree with Arica that if you could leave a zero review I would! Go and look at their Kingston Pike location. That will give you the picture of what your moving experience will be like. I was overcharged. They held my furniture "hostage" when we disputed their price because of a VERY long lunch break and travel time. Totally dishonest. I had several items damaged. Just a nightmare experience.

My experience with All My Sons Moving was a disaster. They had a poor attitude and they were careless. They came unprepared to do the tasks I asked to do. From the beginning I asked that the crew come prepare to pack up a kitchen, and they showed up without proper materials. They complained about being there. I hired a 2-person crew and they forced a 3-person crew on me. They refused to properly disassemble furniture to move it safely and did not properly pad furniture, doors, or walls to prevent damage. They lied to me about the cost to move. I only had one room of furniture. It took them nearly two hours to move this furniture. They quoted me an estimate of $300 but the final bill was over $700. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Phyllis B.

They charged me $763 to move one (1) room of furniture 18 miles. I reserved a week in advance and requested a morning pickup. They said that would be fine and that they would call the day before the move to tell me the exact time. They did not call. I called them. They could not give me the pickup time. They said they would call me back . They did not call me back. I called them again. They said it would be an afternoon pickup.
