I only give one start because you have to give them something to give a review I spoke with Chris at the Knoxville office and when I say RUDE. I mean RUDE. They called 3 days before my move and couldn't do it because their worker have other jobs and can't work within a 4 hour time frame. I had already paid my deposit a month before this is the worst moving company. CALL FOX MOVERS THEY ARE THE BEST
All My Sons moved my fiance and me last year. Upon completing our move we noticed that three of our belonging that were priced well over 100 dollars were missing. Two of those things were tools. My fiance is extremely particular about his tool placement so we know for a fact they were taken. We contacted the correct people and took the necessary steps and were only compensated 50 dollars! They were less than helpful and we waited over 3 weeks for our check. I certainly do not recommend them!
My experience with this company was as bad as it could get. An expensive piece of furniture was damaged and they will only reimburse me $60 unless I can prove the weight. The move was very slow and over charged me a half hour, but would not correct their accounting. Instead preferring me to dispute it with my charge card. There are so many reputable companies to choose from that I would stay clear of this one!

It was a nightmare. Took them 2 and a half hours to find my apartment. When they had everything loaded and at my new home they tried to almost double my charges and refused to unload until I agreed to pay. I then spoke with their manager who tried to say all of these up charges (like blankets!) cost extra and they were estimating the time it would take to unload. I hate that I have to give them one star!! Worst service I've ever had. Over charged me by $300. Ran over my mail box. Took lunch while on the clock and had me waiting for TWO hours. Broke a hinge on my door. Horrible!
So many things went wrong that I felt the need to write a review so people think twice about hiring this company. #1 - Didn't put clothes in wardrobes cause they forgot them. So they packed clothes in boxes and put them in their storage unit for approximately 1 month till my apartment was ready to move into. So when my boxes got moved to my apartment all my clothes were so wrinkled. #2 - Made a huge scratch on my wood floor in my living room. #3 - Didn't wrap a portrait of myself & husband which was very expensive. #4 ... read more
RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and INTENTIONALLY DESTROYED MY DRIVEWAY!!!! We just had new neighbors move in today and they used All My Sons Moving company. When I came home they had the moving van COMPLETELY BLOCKING THE ROAD, so no one could come or go. My neighbor tried to talk to them to get them to move, and they were instantly belligerent and told her they had a license to be there. I had to park my car up the street. I was quoted a 2 hour min charge of $94 per hour and this covered 2 laborers. Also was told there was the drive time expense and 12% charge for fuel. Also was told the clock doesn't start until they arrive at my house to pick up. They arrived at 10am and clocked in. Then one of the movers asked to use my bathroom, then went to the truck to change into his moving attire. Basically, started at 1010am and were done loading at 1050am.
