I first posted a review of All My Sons in May of this year. I hired the company to move my belongings on April 1st. As I was first unpacking, I noticed that some things were missing but I thought it might be because I was still so unorganized. This past weekend, I cleaned out the garage and went through everything that had been stored in there. TEN HOURS LATE TO MY MOVE. Very disappointed in my move with All My Sons. I scheduled a move for a Saturday, and was told that the movers would arrive between 8:15 and 9:15 Saturday morning. The Friday before the move, I received a call that a move that day had gone over and it would be noon on Saturday until they could get to me. I only give one start because you have to give them something to give a review I spoke with Chris at the Knoxville office and when I say RUDE. I mean RUDE. They called 3 days before my move and couldn't do it because their worker have other jobs and can't work within a 4 hour time frame. I had already paid my deposit a month before this is the worst moving company. CALL FOX MOVERS THEY ARE THE BEST

All My Sons moved my fiance and me last year. Upon completing our move we noticed that three of our belonging that were priced well over 100 dollars were missing. Two of those things were tools. My fiance is extremely particular about his tool placement so we know for a fact they were taken. We contacted the correct people and took the necessary steps and were only compensated 50 dollars! They were less than helpful and we waited over 3 weeks for our check. I certainly do not recommend them!

My experience with this company was as bad as it could get. An expensive piece of furniture was damaged and they will only reimburse me $60 unless I can prove the weight. The move was very slow and over charged me a half hour, but would not correct their accounting. Instead preferring me to dispute it with my charge card. There are so many reputable companies to choose from that I would stay clear of this one!

My experience with this company was as bad as it could get. An expensive piece of furniture was damaged and they will only reimburse me $60 unless I can prove the weight. The move was very slow and over charged me a half hour, but would not correct their accounting instead preferring me to dispute it with my charge card. There are so many reputable companies to choose from that I would stay clear of this one!

It was a nightmare. Took them 2 and a half hours to find my apartment. When they had everything loaded and at my new home they tried to almost double my charges and refused to unload until I agreed to pay. I then spoke with their manager who tried to say all of these up charges (like blankets!) cost extra and they were estimating the time it would take to unload. I hate that I have to give them one star!! Worst service I've ever had. Over charged me by $300. Ran over my mail box. Took lunch while on the clock and had me waiting for TWO hours. Broke a hinge on my door. Horrible!
