I will begin by saying my husband and I are REPEAT customers, but the good service we received the first time was apparently a fluke. Here's why: June 7th - I called to inquire for availability and rate for the 29th. I make my deposit within 45 minutes to book. Casey was extremely helpful, Asking about the items I need moved in which case i detail baby furniture and big furniture. Absolutely hated working with these people. They are very rude and I did not pay what they quoted. I as well as my mother was called a liar. I would and will never refer this company, not even to a enemy. I wish I could give them a negative 5. Movers we great.

The management in Memphis,Tn branch is very bad and service is conduct in a poor way and need better training and management with the way things are handle with payment and employees hours and payment works....
The summer avenue location's management sucks. Prejudiced assholes!!!!!!!!
