While our movers arrived on time and seemed to work efficiently, items arrived broken and/or damaged. The truck was not big enough to carry all our items and several pieces that were too large to transport by vehicle were left at the residence. Staff seemed very responsive until their was an issue. I’m not sure the exact value of items damaged, but it included a ripped/torn king mattress, broken stereo speakers, broken dishes, and missing electronics box. Our proposed “settlement” is $70. I have never taken the time to write a review, but this was so ridiculous it’s even beyond words, Dishonesty Excessive charges Late arrival Rude You name it, I experienced it! Never ever again! They don’t deserve to be in business.
The manager Braxton is extremely rude. They should teach their employees not to be rude to customers.
I was the last move of the day. they rushed us and ended up leaving boxes behind that caused my hubby & I to make 4 trips back and forth! what was the point of hiring them if we still had to move stuff they left behind. my kids piggy bank is missing & it had at least $50 in coins. learn to take your time with the last customer of the day the same as you do the first customer of the day. we deserve half our money back since we ended moving our stuff that was upstairs! went straight to work and told everyone about your poor s... read more
2 if that’s e movers arrived with an attitude. They obviously didn’t want to be at work. They were careless with our things and broke a glass shelf. When we complained to the office they pulled the guys out and STILL asked for payment. We were stuck with half our things packed on our POD, and the other half still in the house and on the street. We are VERY dissatisfied with the service we received.
90% of my belongings were broken, damage done to my brand new apartment that had never been lived in that I will now have to pay to fix. More expensive than other companies. Some of the crew was extremely unprofessional. I paid for a cover for my mattress, yet there’s a HUGE dirt stain on it from where they pushed it across the ground. Horrible move! We had a two- part move. Morning crew moved furniture into go mini storage unit and did great job... afternoon crew moved furniture to apartment and was not good at all. 2nd driver was unprofessional.. walked away from home and talked loudly in front of customer. Moved items slated for storage to the apt. In lieu of items designated for apt. Bed was not set up and husband’s Apple Watch was stolen. My fiancé booked a move today. Was not told till today what time they even had her scheduled for. This morning they stated 12:00. They called at 1:05 to say they would arrive at round 1:30. They did not show so she called the office just to be told it would be around 4:00. What a piss poor way of thanking her for her business. They didnt mind taking a deposit in advance to ensure this was great for them though.
I waited all day for them to show up for a move I scheduled several weeks ago!!! I call over and over for an ETA. once they were at lunch, then they had to finish anther move, had more to move than expected, etc!! Excuse after excuse. Then I was offered Monday move����why would I trust you to show up on Monday, if you can’t show up on an already scheduled day��.
