I would not recommend All My Sons. They recently moved my mother, and broke several pieces of furniture and dishes. Two of the movers walked off the job within the first hour of the move! The remaining movers did a terrible job packing the truck. We tried to speak with their manager, Ben, but he was not helpful at all. In fact, we couldn’t even get a simple apology. He obviously isn’t very concerned about his customers. Very unprofessional staff and company. Below are a few pictures of the damage.

Horrible, Beware. Worst move ever. Broke furniture, scratched walls and floors, and 6 weeks later "claims department is far behind". That says it all. Terrible company
The crew on moving day was great; I'd give them at least 4 stars, though they did back over my mailbox. For the post-move customer service though, a 1-star is generous. The General Manager promised to fix my mailbox on 2 occasions, and after waiting for more than a week it still hasn't been fixed. They now have a BBB complaint filed against them.

I sure wish I had seen this FB page sooner. I am a pastor, and the church I serve hired AMS to pack and load us. They advertise "the best moving experience", which turned out to be the worst. Eric Joyner promised, in detail, how they would protect our items, but the crew that was sent seemed inexperienced and were extremely careless with our items, throwing them in a truck without any padding on our furniture. We hired All My Sons to move us from a house in Memphis to a house in Germantown. 12 hours later, approximately 60-70% of our furniture and belongings had been dumped at the new house. No beds or dressers had been assembled. We had quite a bit of damage to the freshly painted walls, we had no refrigerator (and all of the food in refrigerator had spoiled as we had removed it bc we were told it would be moved), clearly labeled boxes had been dumped in the wrong rooms etc. I explained to the so-called "manager" Ben, that we n... read more
1 star because they were nice friendly and flexible. After this company moved my furniture in my walls are beat up, scuffed and damaged, the rail on my stair case is damaged, my wood floors are scratched, bedroom doors are damaged...not what I expected at all. Not pleased at all
