They over charge you AND they charge you for things you do NOT use!!!! My son in law and daughter have a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 kids Their beds were being taken apart while the movers were packing the truck. Took them 2 1/2 hours. Don’t be fooled by low prices!!! They’re not! They damaged our bed and refuse to mitigate this loss!!! The general manager never calls to discuss replacing the damaged part of the bed.

Look at the rest of the visitors post, most are the same. Zero care for your things and a lot of care for your money. They will quote you for half of what they end up charging you. And when you try to call them, they will treat you like crap. Hire someone else if you want better customer service.

First, although the men arrived promptly and wrapped/padded our furniture quickly, I was not given a price list detailing how much the materials would cost as previously stated in an email by Purvis Second, though swift and accurate, it was sometimes hard to understand what the men were actually saying at times. I had to ask one of them three times what he was saying because it sounded like he had a wad of marshmallows in his mouth. Sadly, I do not remember their names. They quoted me one price and told me one fee didn't apply and then I got the bill and it was almost $400 more AND they charged me that fee I was told wouldn't exist. They ruined 5 IKEA chairs (yes they were cheap chairs, but I still needed them) and the "manager" told me to contact him with photos via e-mail. I've done so TWICE and have yet to hear back. It's been week...

ay was awful. The moving company charged me hidden fees. The move took 4 hours too long. One of the employees quit and another driver had to be picked up. Braxton held my furniture hostage until I agreed to pay $1,100. Run when you see All My Sons Moving company. I had several broken items. Also items were left at my prior home. I have to move this myself. Items were left in the garage instead of being placed in my home.

Worst movers in history. Destroyed most all of my furniture. Won’t use padded quilts over your furniture unless you pay $10 each then they pad & shrink wrap it. Otherwise they half-way shrink it & drag it & pile it up. Throw it in storage and Braxton simply doesn’t care. Says oh we have a claims department who will handle this. I asked why they didn’t use pads on top of the furniture & was told you said not to. No! I said I’m not buying the pads. Don’t put them under shrink wrap. Braxton was very polite to me as he lied through his teeth. The sales person who tells you what to expect and the approximate cost and what gets you to commit to using them and then comes in Braxton with lies about why they are late, and the excessive charges that were never mentioned by the sales person. We had a load of about 15 pieces being picked up and backed up to a single car garage and placed in the garage with no set up. It all took up a small amount of the single car garage.
