The bed wasn’t put together correctly, multiple screws were missing from 3 of the 4 bedposts. I assume they lost them and didn’t want to admit it. Instead of being honest they created a dangerous situation where the bed fell apart as soon as I sat on it. WE COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED AND IF MY PET WAS UNDERNEATH IT COULD HAVE BEEN CRUSHED TO DEATH. Lazy dangerous work that could have been fixed with a few words of caution. I can’t believe they let us believe the bed was safe.
They were very rude during the quote. I wouldn’t use them based on that alone. As a business owner myself, your employees are your brand. I wish I would have gotten the girls name. But unless you’re checking licensure and insurance on all local and national businesses, mind the business that pays you, which is All My Sons.

We are very impressed with All My Sons customer service and follow up. Since Covid in person estimating is difficult. We described to ALSM&S our load and sent them photos with dimensions to estimate weight and loading requirements. They did the estimate off this data and we were pleased with the quote. They followed up with sales manager calls, load master calls and finally driver calls to ensure we and they were ready. We are very happy with the job All My Sons did moving us to our new house. They were very professional every step of the way. Jeremy Tedesco and his team took great care with our belongings and they were courteous and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend them
