My father has used them twice and both times had excellent experiences! Two sets of movers and all were polite, professional, and handled his furniture with care. Would use them again!
Held my freight hostage until I paid a different amount quoted. Had to give my credit card to some person over a cell phone. Very unprofessional. Home was damaged - they have failed to respond to fix as of yet. Team of Jamal, Lucas, and Dewadis were great - I do not recommend the office/administration team.
Run don't walk STAY AWAY Told My bestie that they could move her sleep number bed ( The only reason she truly needed the movers) , they promised allot of things and gave an estimate, double charged, lied about the transaction not going through so they could charge again, stood around and then pulled the " sorry can't hear you going through a tunnel" crap when she tried calling them about the scratches dings and uncompleted move. The movers showed up late. I requested 3 movers. 1 of them ended up being sick and ended staying in the truck resting. The second person couldn't handle heavy weights and wouldn't stop talking. So I had 1 person doing most of the work lifting most of the heavy furniture and organizing everything in the truck. So imagine how much time it was being wasted and added to the bill. My son used this company to move. The movers were very friendly and worked quickly. However, be very careful using this company for pricing. My son was told the price was $159 per hour, the movers were there for 3 hours but his bill was over $1200!!! He was not told about any extra charges when he booked this appt. He was charged extra for gas, traveling and packing, but the movers did not pack anything. The only thing they had to do was wrap and protect the furniture and tv's that they loaded on the truck.
