Poor customer service, delays in loading and also delivery of goods, treated poorly and disrespectful by management, broken and missing items. I do not recommend this company.

This was easily one of the worst moving/customer service experiences ever! I had booked this company based on my neighbors using them and giving them rave reviews as well as witnessing myself the movers as they were moving the furniture out of my neighbors place. Every piece was perfectly wrapped with a quilt and lifted into the truck. So I went into it expecting the best....oh my first mistake.... Horrible experience. Price quoted didn't include " dry fee" or 10% fuel surcharge. They showed up 2 hours late as well.

I would give them a negative if I could. We used them to remove and donate some office furnishings from a vacated tenant in one of our commercial properties. We were told that since it was being donated we would not be charged for the unload, and that it shouldn't take them more than 5 hours, plus a mandatory 1 hour markup. At the end of it all, it took them all day (with 4 guys) and they charged us over $1500 to DONATE some furnishings. Moving should be stress free. Whatever you do call someone else. They damaged my floor in the move and I am now having to sue to get the floor fixed. Incredibly they damaged the floor in the home they took the furniture from and to! Unprofessional, confrontational, dishonest....any adjective that is negative that you can think of applies to them. Go elsewhere! I only give a star bc its the only way to post. They are actually negative star rated

Some of there movers move more that they are suppose to. To put it simply-----THEY STEAL. Hire some one else. Check BBB complaints first. BUYER BEWARE

These guys are jerks...These people called at least 3 times to confirm our saturday afternoon appt. a week before our move date. Now, when you have called me 3 times to confirm I felt like my day and time was secure. Not so! They had the nerve to call on friday night to say they were running behind and either they were going to move us late saturday night or some time on sunday. When I said that was not acceptable they cancelled on us.

I have a severe physical reaction to cigarette smoke and fumes (such as on clothing) and always ask for a non-smoking crew when having work done in my residence. In the case of contractors I ask if such is possible and do not continue to get a quote if the answer is "no". On that basis I recently scheduled a move with this company. All my phone conversations with this company included confirmation of my request for a non-smoking crew. This company moved me over two years ago. The moving team leader was rude and argumentative, several pieces of furniture were damaged due to carelessness and mishandling of my household goods. When I confronted and showed the team leader about the damage he denied the obvious and continued to deny that the move caused the damage. When I reported the damages in writing on my household goods received form the team leader did not tell me if I needed to or how to report my claim of damage to the company.
