First off the kids that showed up to move us were great. However, the office staff repeatedly failed at every turn. MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT "SUPPLIES" COVERS! They charge you for using their own dollies to move things!! They charge a minimum of 1 hour travel time to get to and from your location, that's before they have done anything! The office staff is extremely deceptive and shady!!! Zero stars: All My Sons Moving & Storage service is a bait-and-switch scam. My 75 year old mother was quoted between $330 and $430 to move from a house to an apartment in Tucson, Arizona. My mother agreed and thought it was a fair price. However, when the workers were in the middle of the move they said the cost would be $769. I was told movers would arrive after 12. I got a call from the mover that he was on his way around 1pm... 2 hours later, he still was not at my apartment. I called All My Sons customer service line that explained their truck broke down on the way.. THANKS FOR THE COURTESY CALL THAT I NEVER GOT! So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Based on my recent experience, including talking to the owner of the company who was completely flippant and rude about their mistake, I would encourage everyone to avoid All My Sons moving company for any future business. Apparently they will make you all kinds of promises to secure your business, act like everything is going to be great, and then completely abandon you with no apology. 2 months of working with this company, contracts, and security deposits done weeks in advance mean nothing to them despite being told they ... read more

No stars. Don't use this company. They were careless packers (just dumped things in boxes); had little regard for value of items; not thorough (left things, didn't tag everything); were "mouthy" and disrespectful of clients; and underestimated cost by a third. On the plus side, they worked steadily, didn't goof off, 2 of the 3 were cordial.

Way too expensive for a move that was about 10 miles down the street. I called them and inquired about the price and they just said that it is what it is. I will never hire these movers to do anything for me again based on price alone. Got charged 700 to move a few pieces of furniture. Wasn't even a lot. What a rip off!! I was quoted a job that they could not accomplish. Walked through my home in detail with the salesman room by room he was over 45 minutes late to the appointment. He proposed in a detail quote a 2 day move one day to pack, one day to load and deliver. We felt it was a fair quote and decided to utilize them since we were very busy and did not have the time to pack and move. Beware of this company!!! My first clue should have been they don't take checks, why would they with the service they provide EVERYONE would put a stop payment on them. Save your money and a whole lot of aggravation. They oversell and under deliver. Paid to have them pack, everything was thrown in boxes. Clothes taken off hangers rolled up stuffed in boxes. Items missing etc... If you care about your hard earned items DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
