Not impressed at all. Four men were sent to the house to move 3 bedroom furniture sets, home office furniture, living room set and two tables. Everything fit in the truck for one run, which was a mile away. We were told not to remove items from the drawers. They ended up breaking a pricey office desk and then lectured us that we should have removed the files. A Nightmare Experience; Deceptive Practices We contracted with AMS to move us for December 16-17, 2015. Greg Cousino, the company's estimator, had come to our house and given us an estimate. Their crew would pack one day and physically move us (2 miles) the next. This was the first deception: apparently this company works by giving low estimates so they can charge ridiculously high amounts of overtime, in our case, nearly $1500. ***This review is based on communication with All My Sons only*** I contacted All My Sons to get a very basic quote for my upcoming move. I went to their website and filled in my info on a Saturday. Someone called me on that Monday and gave me a fair quote. I still wanted to contact a couple other moving companies, so I told the rep that I would get back to them. I've never had any one move me like they did they thew all of are clothes in the box's and then threw shoes on top of the clothes they destroyed my dresser my Antique Furniture my antique sofa and love set they put food in with clothes they damages the wood floors I've never seen such a mess in my life I would never recommend them to any one who has nice or expensive household items. Once these people have your phone number, they call and e-mail incessantly. It took two requests by phone and one by e-mail before they stopped, and then they were snarky about it. No thank you. Between this and the poor reviews below, my vote was to go elsewhere.

Let me start out by saying that I would rate this company zero stars if possible. We scheduled this company for 8:00 am to move appliances for us. We had also scheduled a handy man to uninstall the appliances and reinstall new ones that we wanted. The movers got here at 7:45 or a few minutes before, and they were extremely rude to me. My husband was at work, so I was left with two very rude men in my house. They were mad that we weren't ready for the appliances to be moved yet. Crew demanded payment up front $1,000 over estimate, moved slowly, lazied around, milked the time, then demanded extra payment in advance to finish the job. Trouble was, my brother-in-law and I were doing most of the work at that point. They walked off the job when I refused to pay until they were done. Owner was rude and patronizing to my wife on the phone when we complained. I hired 4 professional moving companies in the past 5 years (work, marriage); worst crew and business practices BY FAR.

HIDEOUS customer service and attitude. They've been spamming me with frequent unwanted "follow up" phone calls for months after I inquired about a quote, and the owner is a complete jerk. I asked nicely that they cease contacting me on a few different occasions and each time I was assured that the frequent (sometimes weekly, this week it's happened twice already) phone calls would stop. Terrible service - i called to get rates and for some reason the guy insisted on asking me a thousand questions even though my 1bedroom apartment should be a real easy task and doesn't require more than 2 men and a small truck. the local rep decided to just hang up the phone in my face twice! so i got rerouted to the corporate office which said the rates are $139 an hour!! plus truck fee and gas fee!!
