I was quoted a job that they could not accomplish. Walked through my home in detail with the salesman room by room he was over 45 minutes late to the appointment. He proposed in a detail quote a 2 day move one day to pack, one day to load and deliver. We felt it was a fair quote and decided to utilize them since we were very busy and did not have the time to pack and move. Beware of this company!!! My first clue should have been they don't take checks, why would they with the service they provide EVERYONE would put a stop payment on them. Save your money and a whole lot of aggravation. They oversell and under deliver. Paid to have them pack, everything was thrown in boxes. Clothes taken off hangers rolled up stuffed in boxes. Items missing etc... If you care about your hard earned items DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish you had a star lower!!! This company is the worst! The day of move they were scheduled at 9am. They called shortly after to say their truck broke down and a repair man was on the way. Two hours I called for an update. They said the repairman couldn't fix the truck and they were looking for a rental and would call me back. They did not. Not only did they charge me WAY MORE than they quoted me but I'm missing over a $1500 worth of stuff. My son's stereo was taken along with his brand new Nike basketball shoes, a DIRECTV receiver, which they charged me $499 for and multiple house hold items. Including a stainless steel garbage can, brooms, aftershave and other things. Look at my reviews. One star is not my thing but this company took more money than they should have but they will eventually go out of business because they lack good customer service and tack on charges that are fraudulent. 10% fuel charge is where it starts. $50 for 5 miles! Oh wait, it will get cut down to $40 after you bitch about $46 for packing tape! What? Yep! the guys moving my stuff was great. but they didn't bring the right dollies to move our safe. even though they assured me before had they could do it. they sent another guy that I had to pay for and another dollies and they still had a awful time moving it. they had to leave another item at the house because they couldn't get it out. after all was done they had hidden charges. and when my husband spoke to the owner about it all he threatened to keep all our stuff and sell it. we hired them for 3 main items and they knew in a... read more

First off, I should of checked the BBB since this company has over 12 complaints filed against their company in the past 12 months. Not good numbers!! - Our moving experience with All My Sons was full of deception and poor customer service. I called and spoke with Damien (the owner of the company) to set up our move 2 weeks prior to the 24th. We were quoted $293 which included a $100 deposit to book the move. This is what I get for not reading the Yelp reviews first... Easily THEEEE WORST moving experience I've ever had. The movers themselves were okay. I'd recommend them. But the company itself has so many hidden extra charges that blew my budget away. I will not be using them again. Terrible experience.

Wish I would have gone on Yelp before booking. When booked never sent a written confirmation of charges for our college student but were told $89 an hour. Nothing else. Thought it was a good deal. They called to confirm last week and still no written confirmation of charges...so today while they were moving my college student from her storage area to her apartment (1.1 miles) and she said they said she had to pay when finished...which she knew...but then they told her she had to pay before they took the stuff off the truck ... read more
