Was quoted 327. And told I was going to get 100 back that I had put on my card. When it was all said and done it was 402 not including tip that they demanded I give them. When I called the office to find out why I was charged 402, quoted 327, getting 100 back. Do not recommend. Oh and no receipt was given either.
Do not ever use!! worst customer service ever!! if this is your only and last resort only use Tony from the wooddale location!! he and the other gentlemen that worked with him! but if you can avoid this company!!!
Initially, we were having a good experience with all my sons moving. They were fast moving us out of a home with wide open spaces and I was amazed the amount individuals carried on their back. However, once we they moved us into our new home, with smaller spaces and I saw fond all the scuffs and nicks made, my pleasure dropped. I called All my Sons Moving for information & a Quote they called and gave me what I need i Told them that I would call them back when I made me decision they have harassed me by continuously calling Bugging me for my business
I had a team of three people assist with a move on 6/25/2017. Overall the move did not go as planned for the following reasons: I was quoted for a certain size truck and at the end of the move MANY items were still left over and this was not communicated to me. Isince the move on 6/25/2017 my husband and I have made three trips each to grab the extra stuff. so this was a standard 2bedroom move, Mannys team arrived on time, there were no issues until the drop off location. I work on call and had to leave them in the apartment ALONE! Never ever do this but I'm also quite crafty and had a hidden camera installed in the unit. I watched as these guys went through my luggage and bags. Not at all part of their job. I even left a tip for a 5hr move of $20 each I didn't make it back until after they had gone. not to mention the broken dishes and glasses. I'm pursuing legal action imm... read more
They moved us last month. Part of the problems were weather related. We completely understood those. However, many issues beyond weather. They did not do a lot of things that the salesperson promised. Doors were not wrapped, floors were not covered, items were not wrapped and furniture was turned upside down. We specifically asked that and were told no, packed based on that answer. Our stuff was everywhere and some drawers are not right. They also banged up walls, floors and broke 2 tables. I had an awful experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage. First, the crew arrived 4 hours AFTER our scheduled move time, which could result in a fine from my building for using the elevator after hours. Second, the move was supposed to be completed in one day, but because of the delay in arrival, my stuff was held overnight and delivered the next day.
