Although the crew was extremely nice, helpful and quick, there was damage to my furniture, the mirror to my dresser and my dyson vacuum cleaner was left on the truck. They dropped the mirror off in the front yard two days later without so much as a courtesy call to let me know they were coming. I still don’t have my vacuum cleaner. This company is absolutely horrible! I had a move scheduled for 7/31 and and hour before they were supposed to arrive they called and cancelled my move. They however we so kind to give me a list a moving companies to call. Right, like there is going to be an available moving company at 3pm on Saturday at the end of the month when everyone moves. Chicagoans- In the event you need moving services in the near future, under all costs avoid All My Sons Moving & Storage. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with such an unethical moving company in my life. They tried to charge me for 5.75 hours of work when they only did 3.25 and tacked on fees for supplies that they didn’t even use in the move. There is nothing about this moving company that I would recommend. They moved us March 26th. Firstly they didn’t use any protective runners and tracked mud all through the house. The movers had an altercation in front of my house which was extremely embarrassing. A full box of glassware was broken. Boxes of food flwere dropped and broken. A box of alcohol was missing. Horrible company. Scheduled them for a move weeks in advance. They were suppose to be there between 8-9am. They called at 8:05am to tell me they were short staffed and were cancelling my move. They offered no solutions or reschedules. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
It’s hard to achieve any percent of customer satisfaction when you don’t even return a phone call from a concerned customer. This was by far the worst customer service (of any kind) that O have received.
RecommendedGregory and Crew did an exceptional job for my moving my stuff. I am greatly appreciative for they hard work! BUT Definitely WAS WAY overpriced and not worth the expenses! I should’ve known better when i got the quote!
I hired All My Sons for 1 reason, they said they could move my safe with 3 people and that is the price per hour we were quoted. They get to my house and start their time 30 min after the time started they actually got to work. What were they doing during those 30 minutes? Explaining that they cannot move my safe and it would require 6 movers (I have had 2 people move my safe in the past, it's only 600lbs ground floor no stairs). Stole from me, got in a fist fight in my driveway, didn’t finish move and apparently they got pulled over and arrested leaving my neighborhood. Never did anything to finish move, never reimbursed me for my missing jewelry, not even an apology call.
