If I could zero stars I would. Painstakingly explained moving needs, and was assured they could do the move. Fast forward to mid-afternoon the day before a holiday to get a phone call saying I must not have communicated order correctly and they can't do the move! Three weeks of silence and then cancel practically on the eve of the scheduled move. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
This company was a MAJOR disappointment. If you're thinking of bring them, TURN BACK!! call ANYONE else. Seriously... they were unable to even do the job i hired them for: a simple job of unloading a truck into a Storage unit. Three times their dispatch called to confirm the time I would meet them... yet, When I arrived at the unit and called them, I was told they were still at an earlier job and would make it to me when they finished. 40 minutes later.. still waiting.
