Where do I start? Most unprofessional, rude, lying and pathetic companies I have ever been involved with. My aunt Karen lost her husband and is a single mom that sold her home and needed help moving. Not being computer savvy as some, she didn't check reviews and trusted All My Sons to help and not take advantage of her. The Worst Company EVER!!!!! They scheduled my mom's move for Saturday between noon and 5. They NEVER showed. They kept pushing the move time back. They strung her along all day from noon-6. Then she called Mark directly and he would not answer the phone. She then sent another email and then and only then did Mark respond.He promised that they would pay for her having to stay an extra day at her current address. I was searching for movers to help us move our big furniture only. I found All My Sons Moving on yelp. The review wasn't bad and after putting in for more info, I received a call right then and there. The girl who 1st called to give me a quote was extremely nice and I after speaking with her I felt good about my decision to use them. We just used these them this weekend and it was awful. We scheduled a morning move but didn't find out until the day of the move (when I called them to get a status) that it was scheduled as an afternoon move and that someone would be there around noon. The guys didn't show up until nearly 4pm. They also switched the price once they arrived. Horrible horrible experience . Three movers were scheduled to arrive between 12-12:30 . The actual time was after four . After the long wait for them to finally get to the residence not only was it only two movers , the the actual price was over $550 from the quoted 3 person estimate. Management was unapologetic , and pathetic in handling the situation. Not only did they waste my time and elongate an already long day of moving .
