NO CALL NO SHOW-booked a month or so ahead, reconfirmed the week of & the day of. They were 2hrs late when I called for ETA and was told truck broke down and they could reschedule for 2 days later.
They broke my plants, showed up two hours late, complained the entire time, raised my price three times, and then lost items. I've reached out twice now but no help. Moved a small one bedroom :(
AVOID!! They are not forth-coming when giving a quote, even after you ask. Very terrible business practices. They hike up prices the day before a scheduled move thinking you will have no other option.
Would like my $100 deposit returned for you changing unpacking date after stating I never responded or confirmed even though I have no record of you trying to reach me. I received a confirmation letter/email from your office with the move date. Which you can now not meet.
Would not recommend. Eric Salgado and his team (Kenny and Alex) dropped multiple items, broke lightbulbs, and hit light fixtures while loading the car. Additionally, they hit the side of our house with their truck, scraping the siding, knocked off a utility box, and then tried to hide the broken parts behind a tree. When we called to lodge a complaint, Jason Cruz was unresponsive. Called the afternoon before the move to cancel. No accommodations other than pushing the move until the following weekend.
WARNING!! WARNING!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I used this company a few years ago and ROGER and his crew stole my first ever pair of Air Jordan’s that i can no longer get anymore and ALL of my daughter’s Disney movies, and the Wii games that we still had at that time. Who’d steal from anyone and especially a child?! I’m still working on rebuying my daughter all of those movies. It’s disheartening.
