Waiter definitely profiled us for either being young or of color or both. The service provided to us vs other customers was appalling.
The 4% surcharge is tacky and I don’t frequent restaurants that charge that fee. Spending $450 just to get hit with a 4% fee that wasn’t disclosed at the beginning of the meal leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Just plain greedy
When we first arrived we were greeted and checked in. The hostess immediately sat us and walked us into the lemon room, which we had requested to sit. We then walked right out of the lemon room and sat at a table near the back corner. Our daughter was given a kids menu which had something sticky on it. We then waited some time before being greeted. My girlfriend and I went there for Sunday brunch for the first time we seen it on Instagram look like an interesting place to visit. We couldn't have been more wrong. Our waiter was uninformed about the menu and was more into flirting with women at the bar. He had a heavy Italian accent and may have thought he was Rico Suave. Honestly a terrible experience. Waited 39 minutes for our server to come back to our table. Bill was 170$ am we got 2 drinks and the chef social for 2. Not worth the hype. Was hoping they reach out to me to make it right but they haven’t yet
Didn’t even make it past appetizers. Food was old, cold and terrible. Manager was nice and let us go without paying. Really disappointed.
I am so extremely disappointed. I made a reservation for 6 for my birthday, show up to find out a pipe burst and we couldn’t dine there- was rerouted to their “sister restaurant” which was crowded, loud, and was not the environment I was looking for to celebrate my birthday. The 2 hosts had no empathy and just sent us away- as if they were doing us a favor. Why was I not notified prior to my arrival. My waiter spilled water all over my purse, my fiancee's shoes, and our bread basket. They didn't even bring us new bread! Restrooms were filthy: overflowing trash bin, no soap, toilet paper all over the floor in the stalls. I will not return!
Appetizer was overly salted and the pasta wasn’t cooked long enough. Table next to us also didn’t enjoy their entree which was the gnocchi.
