"I had purchased a 3 year protection plan for my printer. Near the end of that 3 year cycle, my printer was not printing clearly. After trying all suggested troubleshooting steps to remedy the problem, including replacing an almost full printer cartridge, I had called to see what I had needed to do next. SquareTrade, to my surprise, simply said that they would reimburse the cost of the printer. Wow! "
