"My camera's lens would no longer extend when turned on. I contacted SquareTrade, and they quickly helped me file a claim. They provided me with a prepaid shipping label and quickly processed the claim. The camera could not be repaired, so they informed me that they would be refunding me the purchase price. The refund came into my PayPal account within a day. I would definitely do business with them again!"

"Originally, I wrote this review with a one star rating and a half-page chronicle of the bad experience I had with the SquareTrade rep who called me regarding my reimbursement. He said I would not be reimbursed for all of my covered items simply because of the way Best Buy wrote my receipt (it was vague and looked like I just bought some tech support, which I didn't). "I filed claim for Samsung Galaxy to repair the defective LCD screen with SquareTrade and with 4 days my phone is repaired and shipped to me by Fedex next day delivery. The customer service is the best. They helped me throughout the process and kept me informed until the phone was repaired and shipped. I have been with SquareTrade with over 10 years and without a doubt they have the best warranty and customer service in the industry."

"I am totally satisfied with the service from Square Trade. they fixed my phone and had it back to me in a matter of a few days. on a previous phone and a different company insuring it took almost a month to get it fixed and returned. I will recommend Square Trade to every body I talk to. "

"I have looked to Square Trade for almost 4 years for Warranty protection. My daughter and I have both have our cellular phones warranty with Square Trade. Whenever we filed a claim for our cellular phones, it was handled with courtesy and prompt service. We were back in busines on the same day. I would highly recommend Square Trade. A good value for the money."

"I cannot believe how easy the claims process was. I had an iPad with a cracked screen. I initiated the claim online, and they sent authorization to get the repair done. I went to the Apple store and they replaced the entire iPad ($249), since they don't do screen repair on these. I emailed a copy of the receipt to SquareTrade, and in a couple hours I had my reimbursement, in the form of an Amazon gift card! Of course you can choose a check or other payment methods. Amazingly fast and easy."
