Started having trouble, so I contacted Square Trade and they were more than just helpful, they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot the tablet. After trying different recommendations to no avail, they sent a return label and are issuing a full refund for the purchase price of the tablet. Thank you Square Trade."

"I was sold a 3 yr. old cell phone on Amazon from a third party seller. "FANTASTIC BEYOND what i expected! I was VERY doubtful to begin with, especially when the phone support menu cut me off after going through the menu. I logged into the website and my device popped up instantly. In 3 easy steps, I paid the $49 and I clicked submit and immediately my claim was accepted. I still didn't know what that meant. Within a minute or 2 I received a fedex shipping label and had till 6:15pm on Saturday to get my phone shipped. "When my Tablet went down and all I could get on it was a dead Robot, I contacted Square Trade were I was smart enough to purchase my warranty. The order was placed on the 13th and Square Trade emailed me a prepaid shipping label. I shipped it out on the 14th and they emailed me that they received it on 17th..........now this part just blew me away........on the same day they were able to repair my Tablet and ship it back out to me.
