"First time to submit a claim, I was a bit skeptical. I called and talked with a representative and he was wonderful! Because of the small claim amount, they waived the deductible that was completely unexpected!!! I had the phone repaired with the Apple Store, emailed the receipt for reimbursement and Square Trade responded quickly. I am waiting for a check to be mailed, which is my choice. The process of obtaining the warranties through SquareTrade was simple, and it was clear and easy to understand what information SquareTrade needed and how to get the information to them. "My LG TV warranty was about to expire in 5 days and guess what?.....My TV screen went black. I called and they did a walk through and confirmed I had a problem. They ordered my parts and it arrived in 2 days. I called the TV tech and he came to my home on a Saturday because no other day was convenient for me. He literally fixed my TV in 5 minutes.
