They immediately send me a shipping label to return the defective product, and they processed a timely refund for the cost of the product. I would recommend this service to everyone. "I bought a warranty on my 4s and just a few weeks before it was about to expire the wifi/bluetooth went out. I went online and did 100% of the claim process online. Next stop was an Apple store where the phone was completely replaced. Apple emailed me a copy of the receipt that I then emailed to Square Trade and I had the money via PayPal reimbursed within 12 hours. "This was my first experience with Square Trade. They were excellent, placed the claim online. Square Trade sent me an email it was approved. I took the HP Printer to my choice for repairs. Scanned the receipt send it back to Square Trade by email and receive my re-reimbursement check with the time stated in the claim. I could not be happier with there service."
