"I've always had a good experience with Square trade warranties. I've used them for about 4 different items so far. I've filed 3 claims and I've always gotten money back to repurchase a new one. I've never had to call anyone, which is my favorite part. I file my claim online, they email a print off postage for me to tape on to my return. I get my money! They have never tried to get out of paying me. "

"I bought a warranty on my 4s and just a few weeks before it was about to expire the wifi/bluetooth went out. I went online and did 100% of the claim process online. Next stop was an Apple store where the phone was completely replaced. Apple emailed me a copy of the receipt that I then emailed to Square Trade and I had the money via PayPal reimbursed within 12 hours. "This was my first experience with Square Trade. They were excellent, placed the claim online. Square Trade sent me an email it was approved. I took the HP Printer to my choice for repairs. Scanned the receipt send it back to Square Trade by email and receive my re-reimbursement check with the time stated in the claim. I could not be happier with there service."
