"I bought the warranty plan for my son's cello.I had some issues with the bow. I called them first but issue was not resolved. But then I called them again and explained the whole situation. They refunded me the money that I spent on buying a brand new bow in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend everybody Square Trade. Its worth the money!!!!"
