"I received my repaired camera today...just 8 days after first filing my claim and shipping it off to Square Trade. The camera has been thoroughly repaired and is in excellent condition; the timing of service is wonderful. I first made my claim online but called with a question...the call, answered promptly, was professional, informative and very helpful. "I have purchased numerous after market warranties from various vendors over the years and always been disappointed.....until now. Somehow these vendors routinely found a way to weasel out providing coverage when it was needed or devised such complicated methods that it was impossible to jump through all the necessary hoops. "OMG! Best company ever. Last Christmas I ordered a tablet for each of my 7 children and reluctantly paid for the accidental drop and spill coverage. "Square Trade is my Go To on all of my major purchases. I have had Square Trade warranties on tablets, laptops, floor cleaners, household appliances and a big screen TV (I have not had to use the warranty on the TV). With young children and teens however the electronics warranties have been a MUST! We have saved hundreds of dollars beyond the purchase price of the warranties in repair and replacements for these electronics. I have also recently replaced a dud of a floor cleaner with no fuss! "I dropped and cracked my iPhone screen and created a claim with SquareTrade. That part was super easy and I quickly got an email saying my claim was approved. After that I called the customer service number to ask a few questions. The service rep was polite and helpful and she gave me a location close by where I could take my phone and give them my claim number and I didn't even have to pay anything out of pocket.
