No hassle, I answered a few questions and a check for the cost of the printer was received within a week. (printer was not reparable) Went out the next day, bought a new printer and a Square Trade insurance policy. Best money I've spent in a long time!!"
"I talked with the customer service representative. He was very helpful and forwarded a claim form to me by email. The phone was repaired at the Apple store and I need to send the receipt to Square Trade for reimbursement (less the deductible). I will send the receipt in a couple weeks when I return from being on vacation. I don't anticipate any problems."
