"Please compare actual warranty cost with your phone carrier. T-mobile, monthly fee plus $175. Sq Trade: $99 and $75 fee. No issues, just call the toll free number. I have 10-12 warranties and have used for over 10 years. Have had a few dropped phones and ipads and never had one problem with the claim. Accidents happen all thee time, Well worth the money up front to get top quality service in the end.."

"Square Trade has been hands down the easiest warranty for the best value I've ever purchased. I have purchased large items (a treadmill) and small items (Bluetooth) headphones with no trouble using the warranty. There are no tricks, deductibles, hidden costs or shipping fees. They are available to answer questions 24/7 and even when I have lost my return shipping label Square Trade immediately sent a new label. I'd buy a warranty for anything from this company."

"I accidentally knocked my Samsung Tablet off a table and shattered the display. I went online and filed a claim which was approved about 24 hours later. Square Trade provided a prepaid mailing label and the tablet was sent to Illinois from Arizona. Square Trade notified me via email every step of the way (from FedEx pickup to arrival at their facility, etc.). I received the fully repaired tablet approximately two weeks after I initiated the process. Very efficient and trouble free."

"I've received really excellent, quick warranty service from SquareTrade, on two occasions when a covered item developed problems. In one case, they fixed it, in another, they covered my repair costs at a local shop. Highly recommended."

"This was my first claim and it was a great experience. Everything was straight forward and easy to do. I'm thankful I got the coverage for my cellphone even though I almost decided not to. Within a couple of days of making my claim online I was contacted by the customer service rep handling my case. They sent me some troubleshooting steps to perform and once those were completed I was sent a shipping label. "I have had great experiences with SquareTrade over the years. They are my go to solution for extended warranties. I believe, as a family, we have over a dozen warranties. All experiences with claims have been great with one exception, my washing machine. The claim was paid for without question, but the communication was the problem. "I had a damaged charging port/did my claim online throught the easy instructions/ printed my label and took it to FedEx/ got my tablet back within 3 days!!!!!!!! I felt as if I was the only customer they had, that is how efficient and quick their response was. I would recommed this to everyone who is looking to not get frustrated with companies that do not care about how busy we are. Loved it!"
