When I tried to file the claim online, it wasn’t what I expected. But when I made a call, the man I spoke to made it right. Exactly what I expected from this kind of program. Will insure all my electronics with them from now on

I reported my issue and received instructions on next steps, and I immediately responded. I later received an email to select a replacement TV, and the next morning, a 2nd one that was updated with different choices. Two days later I received my new TV and I am happy! I feel this is hands down the best protection plan to get as I didn’t even have to send in the damaged electronics I purchased. I was sent a check to replace them and that was that. Awesome service!
