"OMG! Best company ever. Last Christmas I ordered a tablet for each of my 7 children and reluctantly paid for the accidental drop and spill coverage. I never could have imagined that all but one of them would need to be replaced. Each time I filed a claim Square Trade replied in a swift and satisfactory manner. "Square Trade is my Go To on all of my major purchases. I have had Square Trade warranties on tablets, laptops, floor cleaners, household appliances and a big screen TV (I have not had to use the warranty on the TV). With young children and teens however the electronics warranties have been a MUST! We have saved hundreds of dollars beyond the purchase price of the warranties in repair and replacements for these electronics. I have also recently replaced a dud of a floor cleaner with no fuss! "I dropped and cracked my iPhone screen and created a claim with SquareTrade. That part was super easy and I quickly got an email saying my claim was approved. After that I called the customer service number to ask a few questions. The service rep was polite and helpful and she gave me a location close by where I could take my phone and give them my claim number and I didn't even have to pay anything out of pocket. "Excellent service . I called on 10/08/2015 to file a claim . The agent Amro was very professional and helpful and directed me on what to do and how to do it . I went to the repair shop and fixed my desktop . Emailed them the paid invoice on 10/16/2015 and got the check on 10/19/2015 . The process was easy and fast . Square trade always come through shining like a star and I always recommend their services to my friends ."
