"I have been a SquareTrade fan for several years now, but this time, they went above and beyond. I dropped my phone and broke the LED. They referred me to a local place that fixed it within an hour. "I have to say I am very impressed by the final handling of my claim. I was ticked off to say the least no one told me that they no longer carried the 64GB iPhone 5S. I tweeted my dislike with the wait time and having to hear back from someone else that it's not offered as a replacement since it's discontinued by Apple. I received my deductible back and the funds to purchase a 64GB iPhone 6. I am very happy with the outcome and that's preventing me from canceling all of my other policies with ST."

The parts they sent did not fix the problem, but no worries I received an email a few days later saying they were unable to get part, so they would be sending me a New t.v. "So glad I Square Trade to insure my phone. They are Amazing!!! The screen on my iphone 6 cracked. They told me to take it to the Apple store to have it fixed and to email them the bill. Once it was repaired and i emailed the bill, it was applied back to my paypal the same day!! They are wonderful!! The people I spoke to were very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much!!! "I dropped my IPhone 6 in a pool and of course it didn't work any more. I had a policy with Square Trade so I filed a claim online. Within hours I received an email telling me I was covered and the next morning received another email explaining how to resolve the problem. I went to the local Apple store, was helped immediately and within a half hour paid Apple walked out with a new phone. The process of filing the claim, receiving the new phone and replacement check was quick and easy. The representatives at Square Trade were professional and helpful.
