"I was very satisfied with the level of service I received from square trade. I will be honest however, I was a little apprehensive at first, things seemed to be going a little to smooth. I made a claim, paid my deductible,made an appointment to have my device repaired, which ended up being replaced, and got my money that I spent at the Apple store from square trade within hours of emailing then my receipt. I can't believe it was really that simple but it was. I am really impressed to say the least. "
