"I purchased a Kindle last year as a birthday present for myself. On June 26, my tablet screen stopped working. I wasn't able to get a picture. I contacted Squaretrade because I had purchased an extended warranty thru them and informed them of the problems I was having with my Kindle. My claim was handled very efficiently and the customer service rep was extremely friendly.
