I bought a 65 in TV from Costco (along with this protection plan)Then 2 and a half years later and it just stopped working. I watched one night with no problems and turned it on the next night and it was not working. I put in a claim at Allstate. Explaining the issue and did some troubleshooting with them and the next day I got an email requesting photos of my TV.
