"I bought a tablet from Amazon and insured it against drops and spills with square trade because I was getting it for my 3-y-o niece. And thank god I did... When I filed the claim, I managed to do everything online, I had to call once because I couldn't locate my receipt (but in the end I printed it from my Amazon account). They are so easy to deal with and I got a refund while the item was still en route to them. I'll definitely do business with them again."
