"I love square trade! My Fitbit died after a year and a half. I was able to file a claim a get my money back with very little effort. Filing a claim is quick and easy, just make sure you upload those receipts or save them so you can fill a claim if needed. I got a new warranty to go with my new Fitbit, and will make sure I get it on all of my new electronics. "

"After tripping and shattering the touch screen and digitized screen on our tablet/laptop, Square Trade promptly sent us a shipping box with label so we could send it in for repair. They were able to replace the screens and clean the laptop of all glass particles so it's like new. If replacing the tablet screens hadn't worked, they were willing to honor the warranty to replace the laptop, but the repairs have worked beautifully! So thankful for their prompt service and glad to have it back home again."
"I have purchased 3 warranty's from Square Trade and filed 2 claims. They are worth EVERY CENT! My children are clumsy and we have hardwood floors. Even accidental damage, broken screens, etc claims are easy to file. You can file online or call. They even email you a return label. All you do is box it up and drop it off.
