"To say the Square Trade warranties are great would be an "Under Statement"---they are awesome! If we buy anything that can be turned on we purchase a Square Trade warranty for that item. That practice has served us well. We purchased a microwave oven two years and nine months ago and suddenly started to spark and broke in flames. "Long story short, these guys are awesome. I could not be more happy with what happened for my situation - Remote had a problem with it, called the number for support on SquareTrade's site and the ease of how the return and refund process was seamless. Sent me the package labeling - attached it to a package - and as soon as they got confirmation of the return, they gave me my money and now my new remote is purchased. I cannot be happier with the ease and use of their warranty. SQUARETRADE OR NO ONE ELSE!"
