"I have bought several warranties from SquareTrade, but until recently I never needed to use any of the warranties. Recently my cat knocked over a cup of coffee onto my laptop and I contacted SquareTrade to file a claim. The process could not have been smoother; unfortunately my laptop could not be repaired so they quickly issued to me a reimbursement equal to the purchase price of my computer, and because I chose to receive my reimbursement via an Aamazon gift card, I received an additional 5% cash as well. "Square Trade has been amazing. I have had multiple warranties with them (more than 3) and I had to file my first claim for my accidentally broken laptop. I thought I will have to go thru the pain to get the claim....surprisingly I had to do nothing but file it online and call to confirm. Less than a week and my check is on its way.
