"I have bought square trade warranties for years. They are the best warranties I have ever purchased. The customer service is always very kind and understanding. They are quick to help by sending you a replacement product, fixing it or reimbursing you. I have never had any problems with SquareTrade. I have bought multiple warranties with them and I will not go with anybody else. I love squaretrade!"

The only flaw is that I had to call because it was not automatically picked up that my receipt from my original phone was already on file. I had filed my claim online hoping I wouldn't have to make any calls. In the end that was still more pleasant than driving 45 minutes to the nearest Apple Store. I followed the instructions and sent in the broken phone. It took a bit longer to receive my replacement than they had promised, so they upgraded me by one model (iPhone 5 to iPhone 5S). Works for me! Just bought a new iPad, went right to Square Trade again. "
"I called Squaretrade and spoke with Michael Wong who showed genuine concern for my well-being after I told him how I passed out and fell, damaging my phone in the fall. Michael assured me that he would get me a working phone next day if not the same day...wow!
