They were very helpful and sent a return label. I was kept informed through email of the progress of the order. I am very please with the service , turn over time, and the final payment."

"This is the second time I have ha an incident with my iPhone. Both times were nothing but a great experience from SquareTrade. In both cases, phone was fixed by next day and reimbursed for repairs within a day. Just a great company to deal with!"

"I purchased a VocoPro Karaoke Machine from Amazon and took advantage of the VocoPro 2 year warranty. When the machine failed a little over a year later (the record button would not work), I contacted Square Trade via e-mail and was asked to contact them using an 800 number. I did and before the day was over, we had a resolution. The nice part about the resolution was that I was given my choice of how and where the machine was to be repaired or if I wanted to receive a check up to the purchase price of the item. "A Real Extended Warranty We bought a fairly expensive vacuum about 2-3 years ago. We also purchased a Square Trade 3 year policy. Best decision in a long while. The motor just smoked on the vacuum and Square Trade without hassle and attitude, paid off on the warranty and I was able to replace the vacuum within a week of its failure. Thank you SquareTrade."

"This is my first to file an actual claim with Square Trade, and my experience is nothing less than very satisfactory. I did not bother to file a previous claim because I was very skeptical and decided that I did not have time to waste, but this experience proved otherwise. I am impressed by their attentiveness, timeliness and doing exactly what they said they would do without giving me the run around. They said they could not repair my laptop, and I got payment for replacement today.. Thank you! "

"Can I pick 6 stars for these guys? I've used them time and time again- I always get my electronics warranties from SquareTrade. I have a small child, so making sure I can get a replacement camera quickly is pretty important to me, especially if the camera was dropped by said child. I've had 4 cameras in as many years, and every time I've had to file a claim, SquareTrade has been super fast, super friendly, and always a great value.
