"First of all I am very pleased with them overall ! I bought this from BH Photo and I got the service plan from Square Trade for a great price for 2 years. 1 and 1/2 years later went to turn on the DTV Converter Box IVIEW3500STB and nothing tried different outlets and still nothing. So I went to squaretrade.com filled out my username password and selected order history and bam filed a claim.
