"Customer Service is "everything." It is more important than price. And, it makes me a repeat customer. Square Trade provided excellent service on both counts. I had a warranty on a Roku device. It quit working one day and I called Square Trade up. Their response to my problem was extraordinary in that they resolved my issue in very quick order. No arguments or negotiation needed. "I usually never get extended warrenties. But I decided to get one from square trade because it was cheap and seemed pretty good. I dropped my brand new Note 4 the next day after I got it and it cracked the screen. I sent it in for repair and I had it back like new in less than a week. Pretty good service!
