"Almost two years ago I purchased a refurbished computer from ebay and bought a square trade warranty to cover it. Just short of the warranty expiration date the computer's hard drive quit working. I contacted Square Trade and they promptly refunded the purchase price paid for the computer. I highly recommend Square Trade. Their warranties cost less than typical warranties such as available from Best Buy."

"I have a number of electronics covered by SquareTrade. Until recently I had never needed to file a claim and did not know if they really lived up to what they said. I had a printer that died and I filed a claim. In less than 24 hours I had a free shipping label to put on the pkg to send the printer to SquareTrade and was asked to choose a form of payment when they replaced it.
