"Square Trade is so inexpensive, that at first I wondered if they would be all they professed to be. After all, you usually get what you pay for, and with the low-cost warranties offered by this company, I had my concerns. "First claim ever using SquareTrade and it went smoothly. Paid the $50 deductible and made an appointment with an Apple Genius. Due to water damage, a new phone was provided and I paid the replacement fee. Emailed a copy of the receipt to SquareTrade and the reimbursement was in my PayPal account within one hour! The representative had prepared me for a 2-3 day wait so imagine my surprise. Definitely a great experience!"

"I bought a tablet from Amazon and insured it against drops and spills with square trade because I was getting it for my 3-y-o niece. And thank god I did... When I filed the claim, I managed to do everything online, I had to call once because I couldn't locate my receipt (but in the end I printed it from my Amazon account). They are so easy to deal with and I got a refund while the item was still en route to them. I'll definitely do business with them again."
