"I've purchased several policies from SquareTrade for various things over the years. I had to use a policy for the first time when I dropped my iPhone 5s and shattered the screen. I was dreading having to send my phone in for repair and only be covered after the $99 deductible however when creating the claim I found out not only could I have it fixed locally, if the repair was under $125 the deductible was waived! "I recommend Square Trade Warranty for your electronics. After my HP printer decided to give up, I called Square Trade (I had bought a 2 year warranty). They sent me a Return Label and I boxed it up and sent it Fed Ex. When it was sent I received an e-mail with the credit due me in the form of a Staples Card so I could buy a new printer. "Square Trade is the best. I have used them numerous times and they never disappoint When I had an item fail on me recently, I actually called them because I wanted to contact the seller and see if they could help me fix the issue but the seller never answered the phone. Square Trade took all my info, tried calling them as well, and when the seller still didn't answer, ST gave me a full refund immediately. I got gift card option which was really useful. Love these guys!"

"I bought SquareTrade's two year warranty for my BenQ projector off of Amazon. The price of the warranty was very reasonable just to have as an extra precaution. After my projector stopped working SquareTrade helped me set up my claim even though I never registered my product. On top of that their extremely knowledgable and friendly customer service walked me through every step of the process. "I loved my experience with Square trade. It was sooo easy to file a claim, ship my Kindle back for repair and then by April 23 I had my Kindle at my house fixed and ready to go!!! but (you knew it was coming :o) I would have rather they shipped by UPS in my area it is a much better service. FED EX was very hard to track and i didn't know when I was going to receive my Kindle and it needed a signature so it was a little stressful."

"So fast and easy. I've had two issues in the last year and both got resolved so quickly. First was the audio on my MacBook Pro stopped working. I took it into the Apple store, got something replaced, voila! Then I dropped my iPhone 6. Screen broke. My heart was heavy. Then, SquareTrade came through again. The very next day I got my phone screen replaced and a check is coming in the mail. So great! thanks!"

"Bought a warranty on my tablet , thinking it would be a good idea and it paid off. Started having trouble, so I contacted Square Trade and they were more than just helpful, they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot the tablet. After trying different recommendations to no avail, they sent a return label and are issuing a full refund for the purchase price of the tablet. Thank you Square Trade."

"The professionalism and courtesy shown is amazing!!
