"These guys are amazing. When I dropped my iPhone 5s and cracked my screen. I called them to submit my claim they gave me specific instructions to go to apple for repair. I went to Apple got it repaired. Then sent Square Trade the receipt and work order. Within 24 hours they refunded my money back thru PayPal! I couldn't believe how fast it was. It's like it never happened. Thank You Square Trade for your excellent service."

"SquareTrade was a great option for my unlocked Chinese phone that I couldn't pass up with it's features. SquareTrade was able to insure and follow up on their insurance when an unfortunate incident occurred and I dropped my beloved phone and cracked the screen beyond function. SquareTrade quickly approved my claim and quickly reimbursed the repair costs. Very convenient but hope to not have to use again, of course!"
