"I took out an extended warranty for my 70" VIZIO TV. The TV developed a flaw in the display so I contacted SquareTrade. The claim process was excellent. I emailed them and they immediately called me. The service rep was excellent. He waited on the phone while I took a picture of the problem and emailed it to him. Within minutes while waiting on the phone, they decided that this problem was not easy to repair and told me that I'd get a 100 percent refund for the cost of my TV, and I keep the TV!
