They reimbursed me through paypal where I transferred the money into my bank account. It worked pretty good except they charged me for the deductible on my credit card. If they credit my card for the deductible, I will be happy."

I clicked a few buttons, sent the request for coverage of the damaged item, and the next thing I know, I received an eMail with a return label. "When I purchased squaretrade I was not conviced it was money well spent. I actually had something go wrong with the tv we bought and the manufacturers quaranty had expired. I had the tv repaired and the reimbursal from square trade for the entire repair expense approved within 6 hrs. The customer service was exceptional, very helpful and honest. The repair was more than what I paid for the square trade protection. I highly recommend the product, the company and the people."

"Got my little boy an iPod for Xmas, within 20 mins he dropped it and smashed the screen! Could not believe it (I blame the wanzy his mum bought him for Xmas, no pockets!!). Anyway I contacted square trade, the lady I spoke to was ever so helpful, she took my details and explained how I need to send it back. I sent the iPod back and it arrived back in 3 days! "I was a little concerned at first when I started purchasing warranties from Square Trade, but the prices were right and coverages seemed reasonable. This was my first completed claim that I have had to use in over 2 years since I started buying from them. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. I was glad that I decided to purchase the ADH Warranty as option for my iPad. I will continue to buy my warranties from Square Trade."
