They arrange collection from my home on Friday and returned, the an all singing and dancing laptop, truly amazing. More work was carried out than I had suggested, including a though clean inside the machine. I am so pleased with the whole service Square Trade has given me and would use it again for further electoral purchases, plus recommend to anyone looking for warranty."

"I can't really say much about square trade, but this is the best warrantee I have ever bought. Super fast product replacement, and reimbursement. Their call center could use a whole lot of work, 6 min call back times wind up being hours later and the people barely speak English, but other than that it's by far the best you can get."

"I has purchased a electronic warranty through square trade for a hard drive disc for my laptop. After one and a half years it failed. I emailed square trade and was immediately impressed with how easy and fast it was to make a claim. Even over my phone, they had a mobile friendly site. I had a couple of questions that I couldn't find about electronic parts so I called the 1 800 number. Immediately they found my claim and answered all my questions. "I had a C811 Smartphone Dropped in the creek, the touch screen was unresponsive after the wetting. it was shipped on Monday and returned on Thursday repaired. It appears to be Brand New. It works better than when it was new."
