"I have several Square trade plans and have used them for years! I am always recommending them when I am working as an audio/video tech. I have so many great experiences with them , but the most recent was 03/14/15 I had a multimedia stereo head unit in my wife's car. It started flickering and the gps started to fail, luckily I purchased a 3yrs warranty, I filed online and was approved for reimbursement just like that! what an awesome feeling! So she is happy she is getting a new one, THANK YOU Square Trade!"

"I had an awesome experience with SquareTrade. I had water damage on my phone, therefore needed a new one. SquareTrade gave me multiple options for resolving this; I opted for bringing my phone to exchange at an Apple Store. All I had to do was email SquareTrade the receipt from the Apple Store and they refunded me the amount that I paid to get my new phone. I received my reimbursement with in the hour via my PayPal account. I am very happy with the service I received! "
"I had a great service at SquareTrade. They were able to fix my TV. Some of the parts were sent erroneously but they sent the need parts ASAP. The technician was great very professional and fixed the TV. Overall, great customer service. I had to sent back the parts that I did not use and they made that process very easy for me as well. "Wonderful experience. I spoke with someone who took my information and was able to see my proof @ staplesrewardsplus@staples.com. He sent me by email a prepaid label to return my printer. Because of weather, it was a week before we could get it to FedEx. My husband dropped it off @ 12 noon and 2 hours later I received an email saying they had sent the money to my PayPal account. "If you ever buy any electronics and want a warranty then SquareTrade must be your choice. I have had to use them on two different claims I made on laptops my kids had and SquareTrade was awesome. Filled out some simple paperwork and e-mailed it and they took care of the rest. I got a full refund in one case and the other they repaired the unit 100% at no charge. Thanks SquareTrade :)"
"I filed a claim for my tv with Square Trade. I filed on line and they followed up with a call back. They shipped the parts to my house (2 days, really fast). The tech. called when the parts came in and set up an appointment to install the parts. I am extremely pleased with the whole process. My tv is working like new. I would absolutely recommend Square Trade to anyone. 5 stars!!!"
"What can I say about Squaretrade except that they totally rock. I've purchased about 20 warranties over the years - iPhones, game consoles, refrigerators, washers/dryers, dishwashers, televisions, computers... I've filed about 8 claims over the years and I've never had a bad experience. They are so good. I just filed a claim on my son's Nintendo 3DS.
