"Some people are saying that Square Trade is a sham but there has to be more to their complaints that meets the eye. I called them a few times regarding the claim process, and I immediately got a representative. Another time, all reps were busy so I had the option of leaving my number for a callback which I received within five minutes. I had a claim for a defective charger port on my iPad.
