"I chose SquareTrade based on reviews and because it was well priced with the protection features that were important to me. I was glad I had it when my iPhone 6 Plus recently fell onto rough concrete and the screen shattered. I started the claim process online and was called back immediately - even though it was a Saturday evening. I could have sent it in for repair, but I decided to opt to walk in to the Apple Genius Bar in the morning and get on the list for a walk-in slot. "I called SquareTrade for a Wi-Fi issue. They troubleshooted with me and in the end it is a hardware issue that needs to be fixed. Although I spent a great deal of time on the phone troubleshooting and was disconnected one time, once it was determined it was a hardware issue they gave me a claim and refunded me VERY quickly and that is where it matters the most!"
"I got a brand new Waklman MP3 that I sweated into oblivion in just 6 days. Within minutes, I had reported its gruesome demise to SquareTrade, and minutes later, they send me everything I needed to send it back and get my choice of ways to be credited. Of course, I chose Amazon Gift card with 3.5% bonus, to buy another one, which I also covered under Square Trade! Love you guys!"
"I bought the SquareTrade warranty on my Onkyo 6 Disc DVD player 3 years ago. I had never heard of Onkyo before and I know that multi-disc DVD players had a tendency to fail. Unfortunately, fail it did. SquareTrade offered me every dime I paid on the DVD player back and actually gave me extra for getting an Amazon Giftcard. "i enjoyed my experience very much with squaretrade. they seemed to repair my item fast (though its not in my possession yet). but i was told itd take 9 days, by the time i get it, it will be like 8 days, pretty fast process!"
