"Outstanding customer service! Firstly, they were kind enough to honor my claim although I was technically still in the "waiting period". (Phone got broken within the first week of purchase.) And the process couldn't have gone smoother, under the circumstances. I paid the deductible, took the phone to a local shop for repair, got the phone back good as new, emailed a photo of the receipt from my phone and was reimbursed the very same day.
