"I dropped my phone and shattered the screen and it no longer worked. I called Square Trade to file a claim and it was a much easier experience than I expected. I filed my claim, went to the store to have my phone replaced and submitted my receipt to SquareTrade for reimbursement. I was able to get a replacement phone within hours so I wasn't without a phone for long. Great experience overall. "
