"Really smooth service. When my iPad died I called Squaretrade. They said that they could send me a check or I could go to the Apple store and they would reimburse me after I sent the invoice. Went to the Apple store, got a new iPad and sent Squaretrade the invoice and who knows but about a week later I got a check in the mail. Thanks Squaretrade!"

"This was my first time receiving this service with SquareTrade. I had, in the past viewed them as a non essential part of my purchase. Now, after the customer service that was given to me and the peace of mind that brought, I am so glad I did. The product I had purchased became defective after around six months. "I have been using SquareTrade for several years. Lowest cost warranties, highest level of satisfaction. On the few occasions I have had my electronic gear breakdown, SquareTrade replies to my claim immediately, they have always honored their warranty, the majority of the times, they refund me the purchase price of the product. "Square Trade really lived up to my expectations. My son's Nintendo DS wouldn't work. They provided me with some solutions to try. I tried them, but unfortunately they did not work. Square trade then quickly sent me a label to return the DS to them. Within 2 days of sending the item I was refunded my purchase price of the DS. I was very happy with how easy it was.
