"I purchased a Nook HD through QVC and the additional Square Trade warranty. My Nook recently stopped performing and was past the original warranty date. I went online to Square Trade and filed a claim. The entire process took about 30 days from start to finish. I was kept updated throughout the process. I would recommend purchasing a warranty from them for all your electronic devices. "

Instructions are provided, and if you choose to call via telephone, the necessary steps that need to be taken to settle a claim are properly explained the first time. "My tablet had really bad backlight bleeding and a line of light near the edge of the tablet/screen. I called SquareTrade and told them what was going on and they told me it would be covered under my warranty.
