"Square trade offers great pricing in comparison to store or manufacturer warranties. When I filed my claim the online process was fast, simple, and I did not have to speak to a rep. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I did not receive the option to fix or replace my device, but I did get an electronic refund the same day I sent off the device, giving me enough time to choose something else in time for Christmas."
"I have used Square trade 3 separate times for broken items. Each time the process has been so quick and the customer service reps are super friendly. Most recently, I needed to replace a broken camera and kindle but I couldn't find the receipts. I thought I was doomed to just eat the cost on them but the representative did some research and was able to verify the purchases by other means. I will definitely use Square Trade for future purchases. "
"My College age daughter dropped the computer I bought her at the start of school this year. it shattered the screen. She was freaking out!!! I told her to calm down, I bought the SquareTrade 2 year warranty which protects against drops and spills. I went on line and registered my claim. it was approved of course. "I purchased a 32" TV from Amazon with a 2 year SquareTrade extended Warranty 13 months ago , It worked fine till it quit displaying a channel, I called SquareTrade and they took care of the problem, I will recommend buying SquareTrade extended warranties to all my friends and continue to buy extended warranties for all my electronics purchases. "
