Due to water damage, a new phone was provided and I paid the replacement fee. Emailed a copy of the receipt to SquareTrade and the reimbursement was in my PayPal account within one hour! The representative had prepared me for a 2-3 day wait so imagine my surprise. Definitely a great experience!"
