"I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Square Trade regarding the issue my Samsung TV developed the LED screen. After sending a few screen shots, they determined the panel to be going bad and have ordered a replacement TV. Since the model was no longer available, they sent an equivalent newer mode. Honestly, I wasnt sure what to expect since this is my first time in dealing with this type of thing, but I am extremely pleased and definitely will use them again on my future equipment warranties. "

The promptly understood the issue and sent me a "return Label" to send the unit back. I FedExd the unit. But the refunded me the entire cost back before even receiving the return material. "I would recommend Square Trade to everyone. It is the best protection plan that I had ever gotten for a device. I had gotten a tablet for my son and it gave me nothing but problems. The manufacturer was no help. I called, left messages, sent email and finally when they emailed me back they said that I only had a 90 day warranty on the tablet and that they don't repair the brand that they had sent me. "I must let everyone know how great and easy it is to file a claim with Square Trade. I have been a customer for several years and, occassionally, I have had to file a claim for either an appliance or an electronic item. At no time, have I ever encountered any issue with Square Trade with respect to honoring my claim and processing it with due haste. I am so glad that I use them to warranty any and all items that I can insure."
